Returns

Pet Zympatico will happily exchange or refund the purchase price of any regular full-priced item if it is returned in new condition (this means suitable for resale with all original packaging and labels) within 14 days of having been received.

Please let me know by email or telephone if you are returning an item so I can deal with any exchange or refund promptly.

You are responsible for the cost of returning goods and the full shipping cost of any replacement goods unless Pet Zympatico is at fault.

If you are requesting a refund, Pet Zympatico reserves the right to deduct from your refund total the difference (if any) between the actual original cost of shipping the goods to you and the flat rate shipping charge paid by you.

This Returns policy does not apply to custom orders or sale items.
